The specified path is invalid when upgrade dot net version to 4.8.1 in Windows Server 2022

Previously, we used doconut on our dot net application version 4.5 on windows server 2016, everything worked fine. But when we try to upgrade dot net version to 4.8.1 on windows server 2022 we get [this problem](doconut issue.png - Google Drive ?usp=sharing) : The specified path is invalid.
Need help, what steps should we take?
