Missing document instance

Hello,

is there a Solution for the “Missing document instance” Problem ?

We have an Azure Web App with Doconut and we got the Problem, too.
But we can’t reproduce the problem. The error occur sometimes.

We use a Razor MVC5 in ASP with .NET Framework Solution.
